Summary

Located at the northwest corner of York Street and Bremner Boulevard, 18 York will be a 650,000 sf, 26-story office tower with ground floor retail and three levels of below grade parking. The building is being designed by Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg Architects and features a landmark glass facade. The building will be connected to the PATH system and is conveniently located near Union Station. Colum-free design and a raised floor system provide increased floor efficiency and high flexibility for tenants. Some of the notable design features include energy-efficient HVAC systems incorporating Deep Lake Water Cooling and individual user controls, dimmable, daylight responsive lighting and stormwater capture and re-use.
