Summary

The proposal for this site is a 19 story residential tower. The general massing is composed of a 13 story slab tower situated on the west side of the site. It is orientated on the north south axis to take full advantage of the day time sun and city views. The tower steps down onto a 6 story L-shaped podium. The east wing of the podium is 6 stories with an additional 2 stories above stepped back.

The height of the tower will be 63 meters (plus 5 meter mechanical penthouse). The project is comprised of 488 meters squared of ground floor retail space and 23154 meters squared of residential space. The residential area is composed of ground floor lobby, 304 residential units (29 studio, 91 one bedroom, 118 one bedroom plus den, 14 two bedrooms, 52 two bedrooms plus den) indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and 176 parking spaces.
