The new five storey office building is being built along the 401 highway to provide tenant space in the greater Toronto area. Energy efficient design and a bi-fuel generator provide the tenant with significantly reduced operating costs through energy conservation and peak shaving and lengthy full building backup power. The tenants will further enjoy the improved indoor air quality resultant of the careful selection of low toxicity LEED compliant materials throughout the building and Redcliffe's green housekeeping which will only allow low toxicity cleaning chemicals during operation. This building is a trial construction to attract tenants to a building with measurable and significant health, environmental, and operating cost benefits.
