Summary

The fourth floor of the historic AA Heaps Building will be renovated

accommodate the relocated offices of the Public Schools Finance Board. The primary goal of this project is to provide the highest quality work environment while engaging in sustainable construction and making use of existing infrastructure. Low-flow plumbing fixtures, extensive reuse of materials, and increased occupant access to environmental controls are just a few of the innovations being undertaken in this project.
