Summary

The AIR MILES Reward Program is relocating one of their call centres into a new 4,687 m2 commercial office space. This call centre will house roughly 360 call centre personnel at any given time and will feature an Associate lunch/lounge area, a games room, in addition to having both private and prayer rooms. Additionally, there will be significant telecommunications infrastructure to support the services that are provided from this call centre location.

The AIR MILES Reward Program has made sustainability a key objective for this project and will be locating this space within a LEED for Core and Shell Developments certified building to complement its own LEED for Commercial Interiors space.
