Summary

The new Ajax Operations Centre will be home to the Operations and Environmental Services Department for the Town of Ajax, incorporating all of its divisions under one roof, including Building Maintenance, Fleet Services, Park Services and Public Works. This new 5,344.25 sq. m. (57,527 sq.ft.) facility is being designed to meet atleast a LEED Silver Certification and will incorporate such intitiatives as geothermal heating and cooling, a partial green roof and renewable energy sources. The Town of Ajax is committed to environmental design for its new municipal capital projects.
