Summary

The goal of the project is to take a former shopping mall / commercial

office tower and transform it into an architectural showcase building

suitable for the Government of Canada operations in Saskatchewan. The

project is to perform at a high level in terms of energy efficiency,

environmental responsibility, and functionality. The building will

positively contribute to its urban context while meeting the clients'

needs for accessibility, visibility, security, and citizen centered

services.
