Summary

The new BVC Phase 2 project is the first major construction project on Block 40 in downtown Calgary. The new building will be constructed where the former Provincial Courthouse and City of Calgary parkade are situated. The project will be connected to BVC Phase 1 (currently being renovated) across 6 Avenue SE via a new +15/+30 connection. Four levels of underground parking will be provided under the building. The parkade will be expanded when the balance of Block 40 is developed. The south face of the project will tie into a new LRT platform.
