Summary

Kitching Court is a residential condominium project located in a one Winnipeg's most vibrant mixed-use neighbourhoods. It will be constructed out of ICF floor, wall & roof systems, with the majority of the interior walls being framed out of the reclaimed fir studs from the 100+ year old house that once stood on the lot. It will features that include a hybrid geothermal pile system, prairie grass living roof, cisterns and infloor heat throughout. The Project has been designed by Ernie H.A. Architects Inc. and built by Walter Corporation.
