Summary

This existing building will be completely deconstructed except for the existing struture which will be reenforced and re used. The new building footprint is approximatly 42,000 sq. ft.

The existing struture adjacent to the Kortright centre will be converted into a renewable energy building which will contain ground source heat pumps, a living machine as well as a biomass boiler. The LEED CA target for this building is Platinum.
