Summary

This 5-story building was built in 1914 as a department store. In the thirties, the upper 3 stories were vacated and have been empty ever since. The upper three stories have suffered the effects of weather and neglect and the entire building has since been condemned and remains vacant. It sits strategically in the second block of Main Street and holds the potential of becoming spacious condos in Moose Jaw’s historic downtown. The goal is to take one of Moose Jaw’s worst buildings and turn it into one of Canada’s best!
