The project consists of two new wings added to the existing building of Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in the Stoney Creek campus, Hamilton, Ontario.

The West Wing is a one storey building that will house a machine shop and labs.

The East Wing is a two storey addition that will contain classrooms and the Awareness Theatre for college use and as a corporate training facility.
