Summary

Rehabilitation of forty two year old office building. The work includes complete replacement of the Mechanical and Electrical systems as well as a complete exterior envelope refit. The exterior facade is being retained to maintain the original architectural character. All windows including including glazing, perimeter insulation and finish as well as interior tennant improvements. The new construction (addition to main floor to cover exposed basement areas) will serve as the decanting space for the current tennant during the renovations. It is anticipated that the building will remain fully in use by the currant occupants while construction is undertaken.
