Summary

Phase 1 and 2 of Centennial Place will consist of two office towers with a combined square footage of approximately 1.2 million. The project is pursuing a LEED Gold Designation under the LEED Canada Core and Shell rating system.

Ideally located in the Eau Claire district, the Centennial Place project boasts best-in-class design, construction, space utilization and amenities.

The name of the new development, Centennial Place, celebrates Alberta's Centennial year, and recognizes the history of Calgary and Eau Claire's contribution to the business community during the past one hundred years.

Renowned architectural firm, WZMH Architects, have created a contemporary design that reflects the pulse of CanadaÂ’s fastest growing city. The exterior is sheathed in a high quality glass and metal curtain wall. The glass is light reflective with a clear low-E coating to ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency.

Project Highlights include:

  • Highly efficient water and energy conservation systems

  • Abundant green space, courtyards and plaza area

  • Maximum natural light through oversized reflective, energy efficient windows

  • State of the art building systems
