Summary

Park Place V is the latest offering in a series of buildings that makes up Park Place Corporate Campus in Burnside’s City of Lakes Business Park. Park Place V will be a Class A-office building comprised of five floors of approximately 24,500 each, for a total of 122,500 rentable square feet of unsurpassed office space. The building’s heating and air conditioning systems will consist of an oil/gas fired hydronic heating system complete with perimeter wall fin radiation; variable volume air-conditioning with control zones of approximately 800 sq. ft. Both systems will be controlled by Building Automated Digital Control system with indoor air quality maintained to ASHRAE standards.
