The existing 5200 sq.ft. space will be retrofitted into an open-concept studio and office, which will to comply with CaGBC Commercial Interior requirements. The building is located within walking distance of city bus service and local amenities, and the project will provide maximized indoor environmental quality and will be fit-out with materials and furnishings that enhance occupant comfort and satisfaction.
