Summary

This project is a major renovation or of a five storey PWGSC office building in Regina SK. The building was originally constructed (as a three storey building) in 1960. Two floors were added in 1972, and the building envelope was upgraded in 1996. The interior of the building was inefficient and dated, and did not meet the needs of the occupants.

The current project includes the removal or replacement of most interior finishes, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. In addition, the core of the building is to be modified and revitalized.

This building was originally imported from the Canadian Green Building Council's http://www.cagbc.org/leed/leed_projects/ id: 10122) on 2009-06-09. Please confirm that the import was successful, login, and remove this message. Help make the Green Building Brain better.
