Summary

The Reston Collegiate project is a major renovation taking place in Reston Manitoba in order to allow The Fort la Bosse School Division to consolidate the students from Reston Elementary into Reston Collegiate. The project will allow the school division to reduce their footprint by about 14,000 sq. ft. In total 6,843 sq. ft. will be added to the existing Reston Collegiate and a total of 2,190 sq. ft. of the old building will undergo major renovations. In keeping with their commitment to healthy and progressive educational facilities, The Fort la Bosse School Division has targeted a LEED Silver designation under the LEED Canada for New Construction. The project will incorporate a host of sustainable building features including comprehensive water conservation, energy efficiency and indoor air quality strategies.
