Project Description:

Ridley College is a private prepatory school located in St. Catharine's, Ontario, Canada. This project will be constructed on the campus of Ridley College, and consists of two projects within one project umbrella. The overall goal of this project is to achieve a LEED® rating of Silver based upon the standards set forth by the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC).

The first portion of this project is to construct a new single-sheet ice arena of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. This arena will have a seating capacity of approximately 700 occupants, and will be primarily used as a Hockey arena.

The second portion of this project is to de-commission the existing ice arena and refurbish it into a new multi-use field house. This facility will be primarily used for sporting activities such as Lacrosse, Volleyball, and Indoor Soccer.
