The Building will be serving as the Canadian Head office for Schluter Systems (Canada) Inc. It is comprised of two sections interconnected by a two-storey 2,700 sq. ft. atrium. The office component is made up of a three (3) storey, 10,000 sq. ft. floor plate component with underground parking facilities. The other component serves as the company's training and research facility, sampling department and includes a fully equipped state-of-the-art T.V. and Webcast multimedia studio. Some of the building's features include: Geothermal heating and cooling, solar wall, solar rooftop panels, Canadian tunnel, rainwater retention chamber, indoor living wall, white roof, waterless urinals etc. etc. The building is designed to reduce electrical consumption by approximately 60% and water consumption by 40% when compared to a similar conventional building.
