Summary

The Shenkman Arts Centre is a P3 partnership between the City of Ottawa and Forum Leasehold Partners. It's a new mixed Arts Centre with a large stage, arts studios and offices. It's a design-built project managed by AECON. L+D Architects, GENIVAR (mechanical, electrical, energy, LEED), Trizart (theater design and acoustics), Adjeleian Allen Rubeli (structural), Novatech (civil) are the designers. Johnson Controls will manage the facility.
