Summary

The Spruce Grove City Hall is an interior renovation of the Spruce Grove Town Hall which was designed and constructed by Douglas cardinal in the early 1980's. The renovation involved demolition of the entire interior space, the building envelope was only modified to allow for new higher performance windows and in areas where building mould was found and needed to be dealt with. The renovation will provide a healthier work environment for the occupants and allow for better service tot he public by the various departments within the City of Spruce Grove.
