Summary

The building will provide 30 supportive housing apartments for seniors and a wellness centre for local community use. The construction will be wood frame with poured concrete footings, foundations and ground floor slab on grade with a partial basement. Upper floors will be constructed of pre-engineered wood joists and walls will consist of EIFS, brick and wood siding. The mechanical system will include a geothermal heat pump system for heating and cooling, heat recovery from exhaust air and solar heating for domestic hot water.
