Summary

The TEDCO Corus Building is a collaboration between the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation and the Toronto Economic Development Corporation. The East Bayfront Precinct, where the building will be located, is intended to be an important public destination as well as provide a range of housing and commercial opportunities. This building will be occupied by leaders in entertainment and house state-of-the-art media equipment. The design is targeting LEED Gold and features the use of cisterns to minimize potable water use, and to manage stormwater. By providing over 100 bicycle parking spaces, there will be a strong emphasis on sustainable transportation. Views to the outdoors will promote occupant comfort.
