Summary
The Twelve3 Micro house is a complete home that fits into a 12x12 foot space. The unit is 12x12x12 feet, hence the name! In this space is a complete comfortable house, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space.
The bathroom has a shower, low flow toilet, and sink.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, mounting for a flatscreen TV, the washer dryer is located in here as well for convenience. Of course there is ample closet space.
The kitchen has the option for 5 appliances should they be requested, a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Ample cabinets are all solid wood, a stainless steel sink, and table large enough for three to sit down at.
The living space has a couch that converts to a second bed, a slide out desk, and multiple mounting points for a flatscreen TV.
We build to a LEED standard, with no particle board in the Cube, low VOC paints. We exceed the Canadian building code with insulation. On demand hot water heat and a micro furnace is available. The unit can be run fully of grid if required.
