Summary

This historical courthouse was originally built in the late 1800's and restored in 1906, then again in 2008 with two new glass additions. Replacing the old coal fired boiler plant was a 50 hole vertical bore field and geothermal heat pump system that delivered hot and cold water simultaneously to distributed 4 pipe fan coil systems and the original restored radiators.
