New office building; 16 storeys, 59 m high, 16,700 s.m. total area with multi-level underground parking of 134 stalls and main floor retail. Located adjacent to the downtown core in Edmonton. Site area is 1,484 s.m. Single storey existing building on site to be demolished with 90% of material to be recycled. The intent is to achieve a LEED Silver Rating.
