Millennium Water - The Southeast False Creek Olympic Village

212 West 1st Avenue, Vancouver, BC

Vancouverâ€™s Olympic Village on the Southeast False Creek (SEFC) site is designed to be a model of a sustainable neighbourhood. The site is about seven hectares in size and will consist of over 20 buildings, with approximately 1.5 million square feet of residential development. All SEFC buildings are designed to LEED Gold standard, with the community centre pursuing LEED Platinum. When completed, this will be the largest development project to be certified in Canada.
